"Gazelle Company" in 2006
A gazelle-company is one of the fastest-growing
companies in Denmark. It meets the following
requirements:
The company must have published its
annual accounts for at least four years.
The company's turnover must exceed €
134,000 ( One million Danish crowns -DKK
) - or, if the turnover is not
started in the annual accounts, its
gross profit must exceed € 67,000 ( Half
a million Danish crowns - DKK )
in each of the four last financial
years.
The growth in turnover/gross profit must
be positive from one financial year to
the next.
Seen over the total period, the
company's turnover/gross profit must
have more than doubled.
The sum of the primary operating result
in the four last financial years must be
positive.
